Juan Pablo Moyano SJ, se reunieron con los equipos de las \u00e1reas administrativas, acad\u00e9micas, y de pastoral y formaci\u00f3n para informar sobre los ajustes realizados al Plan de Desarrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este plan, en conjunto con el Proyecto Educativo Institucional, orientan la gesti\u00f3n del colegio hasta fines del a\u00f1o 2026 y para garantizar su implementaci\u00f3n efectiva, se defini\u00f3 un sistema de seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n de las 27 acciones contempladas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguimiento del Plan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bimensual:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La Direcci\u00f3n del colegio revisar\u00e1 los avances y desaf\u00edos junto a los responsables de cada acci\u00f3n.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Semestral:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se presentar\u00e1 un informe al Directorio de la Fundaci\u00f3n sobre el progreso general del plan.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evaluaciones Clave:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evaluaci\u00f3n de medio t\u00e9rmino:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Se realizar\u00e1 en el segundo semestre de 2024 para analizar avances y realizar ajustes si es necesario.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evaluaci\u00f3n final:<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tendr\u00e1 lugar en el segundo semestre de 2026, proyectando la siguiente etapa del desarrollo institucional.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este proceso busca asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos dentro de los plazos establecidos, manteniendo siempre como horizonte la visi\u00f3n y misi\u00f3n del colegio.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante esta semana, la directora del colegio, Claudia Messina, y el capell\u00e1n, P.
